In Simply Stakeholders you can have multiple projects as part of your Enterprise license (you will need to contact us to sign on for that license). Essentially what this means is you and your team can expand to include stakeholders and data from all the projects you are working on!
Each project will have its own separate database, but you can share across the communication methods and custom fields that you create to all the projects. Management can also be given access to all projects when creating roles so they can view any project when they have the need to.
To create a new project:
Login to your Simply Stakeholders account and on the top-left of the menu bar, click on the drop-down arrow, and then click Create Project.
Write in the Project Name and click Create.
And you're all done! You've now added another project to your account.
