Manage Tags

The practice of tagging provides you and your team with quick and insightful information about stakeholders, topics, and trends.

Adding Tags and Contact Groups in Forms

Once you have your form built out, you can add tags to questions to help with filtering your interactions. You can also assign Contact Groups to Forms so that any stakeholder responding to a form will automatically be added to a Contact Group.

Auto generate Tags

administrator go to Admin Settings>Tracking & Data Organisation >Manage Tags and make your 'Interaction Tags' visible by using the kebab menu (3 dots) to the right of each Tag. This will create a star next to the tag.  Note: For auto ... tagging to work, each Tag must be starred (visible) and selected (green tick) under the 'Interaction' icon. Interactions created with word/words matching the visible Tags exactly will trigger the auto generation. For manually adding additional Tags use the 'Generate Tags' button in the Annotations card ... Manage button in the Tags card

The Simply Stakeholders dashboard provides beneficial data analysis and reporting in a easy customizable view. Users can drag and drop widgets to customize the order and view those that they prefer and the date range can be modified to see activity in that timeframe.

Committments

In stakeholder management a key driver to ensuring smooth and positive communication is ensuring that you track and manage commitments you make to your stakeholders. Inadequate commitment handling can lead to damaged relationships and reputations. If delivery takes too long or a commitment is forgotten, it can delay a project and raise stakeholder management costs, or breach contracts or other agreements in place. With Simply Stakeholders, you can use the commitments interaction to log and track them. Some commitments go through several stages and are handled by several people before they are delivered. There may be interim milestones or stages to the delivery of the commitment. As such, it is important to be transparent about the stages and delivery results of each process while communicating with the stakeholder.

Complaint

Grievance management is the handling of complaints and issues. In stakeholder management, this is a key driver to ensuring smooth and positive communication. Inadequate grievance handling can lead to damaged relationships and reputations. If action is taken too late, it can delay a project and raise stakeholder management costs. With Simply Stakeholders, you can use complaints interaction to log and track them. Some complaints go through several steps and are handled by several people before they are resolved. As such, it is important to be transparent about the outcomes and results of each process while communicating with the stakeholder. Facilitating internal communication is also essential to addressing stakeholder concerns.

Forms

Forms are a great way to gather feedback and understand your stakeholder needs, concerns, and ways to benefit from your project. Information and data collected via Forms can be analyzed and used to report towards your strategic plan or desired outcomes of your projects.

Adding an Interaction

Save & Continue. The interaction record will open where additional details can be added. In the Annotations card, click on Generate Tags to automatically highlight key topics for the interaction Select the relevant Tags and click Approve Click on the Sentiment score chart  Click ... Details tab enter: Additional information or an alert in the Message classification card Assign the Owner Link the Stakeholder/s Manually manage Tags Upload any Files Assign a Interaction Manager

Reporting using Advanced Filters

You can use saved filters from your interactions module to assist you to build more complex and targeted reports using advanced filters.

Outlook Add-in

The Outlook Add-in provides an easy way to save emails and meetings directly from Outlook into Simply Stakeholders. Pushing an email from Outlook to Simply Stakeholders can be set to automatic (all future emails to/from the stakeholder automatically saved into the system) or manual (control which emails are saved). Existing stakeholders in Simply Stakeholders will be matched based on the email address, and any new emails will be added to their record. If they don't exist in the system, a stakeholder will be created and the email attached to their record. This function works across Shared Inbox's and Shared Calendars, and has the capability to determine if the details had previously been saved.

Group Mail

Email is a fantastic tool for engagement because it’s relatively low cost, easy to use, instantly received, and most people have email accounts. Many of your stakeholders will also prefer to receive and respond to updates in email format.
