Audit

Use this function to see what records have been added, edited, deleted or what users are most active in a certain project

An Audit can only be run by the Administrator on the account. 

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings
  2. Under the drop down menu go to > Access & Security > Audit
  3. Select your Date Range by entering the date or selecting from the 'Date Type' dropdown list
  4. Choose any/all the following;
    • Type of Record
    • Audit Description
    • Type of action
    • User
    • Individual record ID
  5. Click on Export Excel
  6. The Audit report will now be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet
