Use this function to see what records have been added, edited, deleted or what users are most active in a certain project
An Audit can only be run by the Administrator on the account.
- Navigate to Admin Settings
- Under the drop down menu go to > Access & Security > Audit
- Select your Date Range by entering the date or selecting from the 'Date Type' dropdown list
- Choose any/all the following;
- Type of Record
- Audit Description
- Type of action
- User
- Individual record ID
- Click on Export Excel
- The Audit report will now be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet
