Engagement can occur in many different types, and being able to analyse the ways in which we engage with our stakeholders gives us important data which can be used for reporting and strategic planning.
Create a Communication Method
Go to Admin Settings
Click on Communication Methods
Click on the + icon
Input the New Method Name and select the Type.
Note; there are 3 types of communication methods Call, Mail and Meetings.
Click on Save
Edit a Communication Method
Go to Admin Settings
Click on Communication Methods
Click on the pencil icon
Update the Method Name
Click on Save
Delete a Communication Method
Go to Admin Settings
Click on Communication Methods
Click on the trash icon, next to the method to delete
Note; A communication method will not be able to be deleted if it is connected to a record. The interaction records will first need to be updated, and when the trash icon appears, the method can be deleted.
