Communication Methods

Engagement can occur in many different types, and being able to analyse the ways in which we engage with our stakeholders gives us important data which can be used for reporting and strategic planning.

Create a Communication Method

  1. Go to Admin Settings
  2. Click on Communication Methods
  3. Click on the + icon
  4. Input the New Method Name and select the Type
    • Note; there are four types of communication methods: Call, Mail, Meetings and SMS.
  5. Click on Save

Edit a Communication Method

  1. Go to Admin Settings
  2. Click on Communication Methods
  3. Click on the pencil icon
  4. Update the Method Name 
  5. Click on Save

Delete a Communication Method

  1. Go to Admin Settings
  2. Click on Communication Methods
  3. Click on the trash icon, next to the method to delete
    • Note; A communication method will not be able to be deleted if it is connected to a record. The interaction records will first need to be updated, and when the trash icon appears, the method can be deleted.
